– During use, there must be at least 1m of free space around the bouncy castle, as the bouncy castle can shift due to the many jumping.

– Bouncy castles should always remain inflated when it rains, otherwise water will draw into the bouncy castle and become very heavy. In case of heavy winds, we must be warned by telephone and it may be left flat if necessary. The bouncy castle can also be left flat at night when it is out of the rain/wind.

– The payment of the bouncy castles (and any transport costs) is made on the spot

arranged BEFORE the bouncy castles are set up.

– You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

– We ask for a deposit of €100 per bouncy castle.
